Graham Bower – Managing Director

Co-founder Graham Bower is responsible for Taglab’s creative and strategy. Before Taglab, Graham was a board director at J Walter Thompson integrated agency, Black Cat. Graham joined Black Cat in 1997, when the company employed 25 people and had no creative department. Over four years, he developed the creative department to a team of 15, and was a significant contributor to the company's rapid growth. Graham went on to develop and lead Black Cat's interactive service. Major clients included Avis, Boots, British Gas, Going Places, Fidelity Investments, Holsten Pils, HSBC, IBM, Möet Hennessy, Nationwide Building Society, ntl:home, Whitbread, Woolwich Building Society, Yahoo!, Yell.

Previously, Graham has worked for CBH (The Telegraph, Sky, J&B Rare, Bombay Sapphire), Billington Cartmell (KP, McVities, Tesco) and Carlson (Yellow Pages, Bells Whisky, Whitbread, Pizza Hut, Burger King).

Markus Kobler – Chief Technical Officer

Markus is Taglab's chief technology strategist, and is responsible for managing our in-house team of Java developers and system administrators. Previously at Detica, Markus primarily focussed on low latency front office FX systems for major multinational financial institutions.

A keen advocate of open source software, Markus has contributed to a number of open source projects.

Ian Spooner – Client Services Director

Ian Spooner is responsible for client services and business development. Before Taglab, Ian was an Associate Director at Black Cat, and latterly headed up the Vodafone account at RMG Connect, the J Walter Thompson integrated CRM agency.

Ian has a strong direct marketing and sales promotion background, and played a key role in the early development of Black Cat’s interactive offering. Major clients include Whitbread, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Avis, Holsten Pils, Yahoo!, Yell, Samsung, Liverpool Victoria, Going Places, Allied Domecq.

Diana Tombs - Chairman

Diana was previously founder and Joint Managing Director of Black Cat Agency, a successful Direct Marketing and Promotional Marketing agency, which she and her colleagues sold to WPP Group in 2001. At Taglab, she is primarily involved in providing commercial and business development expertise, in support of the management team.
